Position - Banquet Manager

Salary - CAD $60,000-$63,000

Qualifications:

- Oversee daily banquet operations, ensuring flawless execution of weddings, corporate events, and private functions.
- Lead, train, and develop banquet service teams while maintaining exceptional luxury hospitality standards.
- Coordinate closely with culinary, sales,



and event planning teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage staffing, scheduling, labor costs, and banquet operational efficiency.
- Ensure proper event setup, service execution, and breakdown according to banquet event orders (BEOs).

Requirements:

- Previous Assistant Banquet Manager or Captain experience within an upscale hotel, luxury resort, or high-volume event venue.
- Strong knowledge of banquet service standards, event logistics, and BEO execution.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Experience managing large-scale weddings, corporate functions, and VIP events.
- Luxury hotel or resort experience preferred.
