Job Summary:

A Banquet Server is responsible for providing excellent food and beverage service during events such as weddings, corporate meetings, and banquets. This position involves setting up event spaces, serving meals and drinks, and ensuring a high standard of guest satisfaction throughout the event.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up banquet rooms and tables according to event specifications (linens, silverware, glassware, decorations).
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently and accurately during plated, buffet, or cocktail-style events.
- Explicit tables and maintain cleanliness during and after service.
- Assist with event breakdown and reset of banquet rooms.
- Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously.
- Work closely with the banquet captain and culinary team to ensure seamless event execution.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance at all times.




- Comply with all safety and hotel policies.

Qualifications:

- Previous banquet or restaurant serving experience preferred, but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stand for long periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs and carry trays or equipment as needed.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of basic food and beverage service techniques.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.95-$18.00 per hour
