As a Manager, your leadership will inspire our staff to deliver stellar service and forge authentic connections with our community.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily operations to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead, mentor, and develop team members to enhance our service culture.
- Implement and maintain company policies and standards to drive performance.
- Work with the Owner and manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance.
- Collaborate with the team to plan events and promotions that engage our community.
- Collaborate with the Security team on Friday and Saturday late nights to ensure safety of our guests and staff.

Qualifications:





- Previous experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Previous Bartending and Serving experience is an asset.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to team development.
- Passion for exceptional service and guest engagement.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
