Duties

- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with attention to quality and presentation
- Operate POS systems for order processing and cash transactions accurately
- Handle cash register operations, including cash handling and basic math calculations for transactions and change
- Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about food and beverages, and provide friendly service to enhance their experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, including food prep areas and dining spaces, adhering to food safety standards
- Prepare simple food items such as pastries or snacks,



following proper food handling procedures
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service without compromising quality or safety

Qualifications

- Previous barista experience is highly preferred
- Knowledge of POS systems is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Experience with food preparation and food safety protocols is desirable
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
