Bagheera - Vancouver's award winning cocktail bar is looking for bartenders to join our team.

We’re looking for an experienced, personable, and passionate bartender who appreciates the craft of cocktails and takes pride in providing hospitality in a welcoming environment .

The Role

As a bartender, you’ll play an important part in shaping the guest experience, from preparing classic cocktails to offering thoughtful recommendations and creating a welcoming atmosphere behind the bar.

We’re looking for someone with at least 3 years of professional cocktail bartending experience, a strong foundation in classic cocktails, and a proven track record working in established cocktail bars or comparable cocktail-focused venues.

The Ideal Candidate

- Has a minimum of 3 years of skilled cocktail bartending experience and a verifiable employment history in cocktail-focused establishments.
- Has an excellent understanding of classic cocktails, their origins, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
- Demonstrates a genuine appreciation for spirits, flavour profiles, presentation, and the finer details of cocktail making.
- Brings warmth, confidence, and natural charisma to guest interactions.
- Understands the importance of thoughtful, intuitive hospitality and making guests feel genuinely looked after.
- Takes pride in personal presentation, organisation, cleanliness, and maintaining high standards behind the bar.
- Is composed,



attentive, and efficient in a busy service environment.
- Enjoys working collaboratively as part of a close-knit team and contributes positively to the atmosphere of the workplace.
- Is curious, eager to learn, and passionate about continually developing their craft.

Work Authorization

Applicants must already be legally authorized to work in Canada and able to accept employment without employer-sponsored immigration support.

Pay: $19.00 per hour
