Responsibilities

- Take and deliver drink and food orders accurately while providing attentive customer service
- Prepare and serve beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, following all safety guidelines
- Use POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Micros POS to process transactions swiftly and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards
- Manage cash handling and cashiering duties with precision, including giving correct change and processing payments
- Assist in setting up the bar for service, restocking supplies, and closing procedures at shift end




- Engage with guests to create a welcoming atmosphere, handle inquiries professionally, and resolve any concerns promptly

Skills Must Have Pro Serve Certification

- Proven experience in restaurant or food industry settings, particularly in bartending or serving roles
- Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros POS for efficient order processing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor
- Ability to multitask effectively in a rapid-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Solid understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for cash handling, billing, and inventory management
- Effective time management to prioritize tasks during busy hours and ensure smooth service flow
