We are seeking a refined, energetic, and detail-oriented Bellman / Valet Attendant who embodies high-end hospitality and strives to deliver effortless, memorable experiences to our distinguished guests.

The Role

As the first and last point of contact, the Bellman / Valet Attendant sets the tone for our guests' stay. You will deliver impeccably warm, professional, and seamless arrivals and departures, reflecting the premier standards of Executive Hotels & Resorts.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

- Warmly welcome arriving guests, open doors with genuine warmth, and direct guests seamlessly to the Front Desk or requested areas.
- Safely and efficiently valet park guest vehicles, ensuring immaculate key control and strict adherence to hotel standards at the Bell Desk.
- Escort guests to their rooms while providing insightful property tours, highlighting specialized room amenities, outlets, and facilities.
- Offer detailed, accurate recommendations on hotel outlet hours, local luxury attractions, fine dining, and city highlights.
- Maintain the Bell Desk, lobby foyer,



adjacent public spaces, and luggage carts in pristine, photo-ready condition at all times.
- Perform daily duties with precision according to brand standards and management guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

- Prior guest-service and valet experience within a luxury boutique hotel or upscale environment is preferred.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license with an exceptionally clean driving record, a firm understanding of driving regulations, and the confidence to handle diverse vehicles.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Outstanding verbal communication skills, a cordial demeanor, and an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction.
- Ability to work efficiently and maintain composure during high-volume peak periods with supreme attention to detail.
- Comfortable working outdoors in variable weather conditions for extended periods, with excellent hearing and vision.
- Availability to work dynamic schedules, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by hotel operations.
