People Corporation is seeking a Advantages Analyst to design and manage group medical, dental, life, disability and special risk benefits for clients. You will perform renewal analyses, prepare client reports, and support presentations with strong Excel, Power BI, and Tableau skills.

The role emphasizes data gathering for plan design, market analysis, and collaboration with internal teams, carriers, and clients. A post-secondary business/math degree and 1–2 years' analyst experience are preferred.
