Canadian North is seeking a Customer Service Agent to ensure top-level passenger service, handling check-ins, baggage, and general inquiries. The role reports to the Regional Manager, YZF, and offers a starting pay rate of $21.50 per hour under the UNIFOR Collective Agreement, plus a Northern Living Allowance and a language premium for bilingual staff.

Successful candidates will handle reservations, fares, and travel information, while supporting passengers with mobility needs and maintaining
