About The Opportunity On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Bilingual Human Resources Coordinator. This role offers the opportunity work under strong HR leadership within a progressive Employee-centric setting. If you are a new HR graduate, looking to gain very valuable experience, this role will advance your career in HR.

Duties include but are not limited to:

- Contribute to recruitment efforts by managing job descriptions, postings; screening resumes and sourcing candidates
- Participate in orientation and onboarding of all new staff
- Maintain corporate Human Resources Policy and Procedure documentation
- Act as the first point of contact for inquiries from current employees
- Maintain employee records including performance management, professional development and memberships

About You The successful candidate will have the following:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources
- A minimum of one year of relevant experience or equivalent
- Strong technical skills with experience using an HRIS would be considered an asset
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to deal effectively with employees
- Bilingualism (English/French)

About the Job This role is a full time,



contract position offering a salary of $23.00 per hour for six months. The client is largely in office and is conveniently located in the downtown core with access to public transit.
