? Pay Rate: Up to $31/hour + 4% vacation pay

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Analyst II to join a dynamic and fast-paced team supporting B2B billing operations for retailer partners in the eCommerce and SaaS space. This role is ideal for professionals with strong billing, invoicing, reconciliation, and contract interpretation experience who thrive in a remote environment and enjoy collaborating with global stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute end-to-end B2B billing operations, including invoice calculation, generation, and distribution.
- Process credit and debit memos based on approved requests and established procedures.
- Review commercial contracts and SOPs to ensure proper billing terms, rates, and invoicing accuracy.
- Perform invoice validations, peer reviews, reconciliations, and quality checks.
- Investigate and respond to billing inquiries while escalating complex issues as needed.
- Support month-end close activities, audits, and compliance requirements.
- Maintain accurate billing records and documentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to resolve billing-related issues.

Required Qualifications ✅ 2+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, revenue operations, or a related financial role

✅ Strong experience with:

- Excel (Intermediate level or higher)
- Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
- Billing reconciliations and invoice processing

✅ Ability to:




- Interpret contracts and billing agreements
- Analyze data and identify discrepancies
- Work independently in a fully remote environment
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications ⭐ Experience with:
- Oracle Fusion
- Salesforce CRM
- JIRA
- Mode BI Reporting

⭐ Industry experience in:
- B2B eCommerce
- SaaS
- Technology-driven organizations

⭐ Experience working with global teams, external vendors, and BPO environments.
