We're looking for an experienced Branch Manager to take the lead at an established operation in the equipment industry.

This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on leader who enjoys building customer relationships, developing people, driving sales, and overseeing day-to-day operations. You'll play a key role in bringing Sales, Parts, and Service together to deliver results and support continued business growth.

What you'll be doing:

- Lead and support teams across Sales, Parts, and Service.
- Drive sales growth, develop new business, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Coach and develop employees while building a positive, accountable team culture.
- Oversee branch performance, profitability, and day-to-day operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer service, and overall results.





What we're looking for:

- 5+ years of progressive experience in sales, operations, or management.
- A proven ability to lead teams, build relationships, and drive business development.
- Strong commercial judgment and a practical, hands-on leadership style.
- Experience in equipment, automotive, industrial, agricultural, or a related industry is an asset.
