We’re looking for a Brand Marketing Specialist in Toronto, ON to help develop brand initiatives, coordinate marketing campaigns, and deliver consistent messaging across customer touchpoints.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining creative thinking with practical execution. You’ll contribute to campaign planning, research market trends, support promotional activities, and work with different teams to strengthen brand awareness and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities Support the development and execution of brand marketing strategies and campaigns. Coordinate promotional initiatives, campaign schedules, and marketing deliverables. Create and organize brand materials, presentations, and campaign content.

Research customer behaviour, competitor activity, and market trends. Help maintain consistent brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other teams to align campaign activities.

Assist with digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email, and website content where required. Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement and results. Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness.

Support product or service launches, promotional events, and marketing activations. Maintain campaign calendars, brand documentation, and marketing records. Review promotional materials for accuracy and consistency with brand guidelines.

Identify opportunities to improve campaign effectiveness and customer engagement. Stay informed about industry developments,



emerging marketing trends, and competitor strategies. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is creative, organized, analytical, and confident communicating ideas.

Strong written and verbal communication skills. Good understanding of marketing principles, branding, and customer engagement. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Comfortable using presentations, spreadsheets, and standard office software. An analytical approach to reviewing campaign performance and market information. Ability to collaborate with different teams and contribute ideas.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn. Previous experience in brand marketing, marketing coordination, communications, advertising, or campaign management is beneficial. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms, analytics tools, or content management systems is an asset.
