Overview

We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Breakfast Host/Hostess to join our agile team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests during breakfast hours, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere while ensuring smooth service operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help set the tone for a memorable guest experience every morning.

Duties

- Greet guests with a friendly smile and assist them in finding seating or guiding them to the breakfast area
- Manage guest waitlists and reservations efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, buffet stations, and surrounding spaces
- Replenish food items, beverages, and condiments promptly to ensure freshness and availability
- Assist with food preparation, serving, and presentation to uphold quality standards
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities




- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management to coordinate service flow and address guest needs

Requirements

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and excellent communication abilities
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms for order processing and cashiering
- Ability to stand for extended periods, bend, lift light loads, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Kitchen experience or food preparation skills are a plus
- Hospitality background including serving, meal preparation, or barista experience is desirable
- Attention to detail in cleaning, food presentation, and guest interaction is essential
