Overview

We are seeking a personable and detail-oriented Bridal Consultant to join our team. This role involves guiding brides and their families through the wedding dress selection process, providing exceptional guest services, and ensuring a memorable experience for every client. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for fashion and beauty, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service in a retail and hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

- Assist brides in selecting wedding gowns and accessories that align with their style, body type, and preferences.
- Provide expert advice on dress styles, fabrics, and fittings to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Conduct product demos of bridal accessories, veils,



and jewelry to enhance the shopping experience.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by creating a welcoming atmosphere and addressing client questions or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to coordinate appointments and manage busy bridal schedules efficiently.
- Stay informed about current trends in bridal fashion, beauty treatments, and retail sales techniques.

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or hospitality environments.
- Knowledge within the fashion / wedding industry is preferred, but not a requirement.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to listen attentively and provide tailored recommendations.
- Ability to perform product demos confidently while demonstrating
- Experience with guest services or front desk operations is an advantage.
- Enthusiastic about helping clients feel confident and beautiful on their special day.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining professionalism.
