Responsibilities

- Safely operate buses, shuttles, or limousines according to scheduled routes and passenger needs
- Provide outstanding customer service by greeting passengers warmly and assisting with boarding and luggage as needed
- Maintain clear communication with dispatchers and passengers throughout your shift to ensure smooth operations
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks to keep vehicles in optimal condition
- Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies to ensure passenger safety at all times
- Keep accurate records of trips, mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or maintenance issues




- Respond promptly and professionally to passenger inquiries or concerns during transit

Experience

- Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) appropriate for the vehicle type being operated
- Proven experience driving buses, shuttles, or limousines in a professional setting
- Strong mechanical knowledge to identify basic vehicle issues and assist with maintenance needs
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective interaction with passengers and team members
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and safety regulations related to commercial driving
- Ability to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic troubleshooting of mechanical problems
