Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior Qlik Sense Developer with extensive experience designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-level Business Intelligence applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Qlik Sense dashboards, data modelling, transformations, custom visualizations, and AWS cloud integration.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Qlik Sense dashboards, visualizations, filters, tooltips, and custom extensions.
- Develop data transformations, QVD files, set analysis expressions, and optimized in-memory data models.
- Integrate data from multiple sources, including CSV files, Oracle 12c, Amazon Redshift, and AWS S3.
- Develop embedded BI dashboards and Qlik applications using APIs and mashups within websites, including Drupal and HTML environments.
- Build custom visualizations using Qlik Sense APIs and third-party libraries such as D3.js and Chart.js.
- Manage Qlik applications, extensions, streams, security rules, and reload tasks through the Qlik Management Console (QMC).
- Optimize application performance and support cloud-based BI deployments, particularly on AWS.
- Collaborate with UX designers to implement wireframes and design standards.




- Ensure applications comply with AODA and WCAG 2.0 accessibility requirements and support English/French multilingual functionality.

Required Qualifications
- Extensive hands-on experience developing enterprise BI solutions using Qlik Sense.
- Strong knowledge of Qlik extensions, particularly Vizlib.
- Advanced experience with QVD creation, set analysis, data transformations, and data modeling.
- Experience integrating diverse data sources and tuning Qlik application performance.
- Hands-on experience with Qlik APIs, mashups, embedded analytics, and custom visualizations.
- Robust experience administering Qlik Sense through the Qlik Management Console.
- Experience deploying and maintaining BI applications in cloud environments, preferably AWS.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, including AODA and WCAG 2.0, and multilingual application development.
- Ability to work closely with UX designers and business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective BI solutions.

Preferred Skills
- Experience with AWS S3 and Amazon Redshift.
- Proficiency in HTML, JavaScript, D3.js, and Chart.js.
- Experience embedding Qlik dashboards into Drupal or other web platforms.
- Strong troubleshooting, performance optimization, and problem-solving skills.
