What you’ll do

· Run requirements workshops with clients and learn how their business works

· Turn those requirements into solutions in Oracle Fusion Cloud

· Configure the solution based on client requirements and the solutions that you worked on

· Test end to end, solve problems, and document your work

· Develop training material and train the client users

· Join proposals creation and product demonstrations to build well-rounded consulting skills

What you get

· Base salary of $45K–$50K, rising by $10K after probation (6 months)

· Contribution-based incentive pay (after probation): earn more when you help us win new work through proposals, demos and presentations

· Oracle certification within your first month. We pay the exam fees and a certification bonus

Who we’re looking for

· A degree or diploma (or relevant work experience) in Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Procurement, HR, Payroll, Computer Science or IT. Recent grads and final-year students who can work full-time are welcome.

· Sharp analytical thinking, curiosity, and a positive attitude

· Robust Excel and Word skills

· Fluent English, spoken and written (French is a plus)

· Authorization to work in Canada

· Willingness to work in our Mississauga office five days a week, travel in Canada when needed, and put in extra hours at critical project milestones

Nice to have: experience with Oracle, SAP, Workday or Microsoft enterprise apps, or any software certification.
