Duties

- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring freshness and presentation.
- Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle cash transactions with precision, giving correct change and balancing cash drawers at shift end.
- Provide friendly, attentive customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in food preparation areas, adhering strictly to food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service and minimize wait times.
- Assist in food handling duties such as plating, packaging,



and restocking supplies to support kitchen operations seamlessly.

Requirements

- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is highly preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus.
- Robust skills in food preparation, handling, and sanitation practices to ensure safety standards are met consistently.
- Proficiency with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for quick and accurate transactions.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude and ability to communicate clearly.
- Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory counting.
- Effective time management abilities to juggle multiple tasks during peak hours without compromising quality.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper hygiene procedures in kitchen settings.
- Ability to upsell menu items confidently to maximize sales opportunities.
