Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Cardiac Sonographer, located in Ottawa, ON.

The Cardiac

Sonographer will be responsible for performing non-invasive cardiac ultrasound procedures, including echocardiograms, to assess heart health.



The role involves working closely with patients and medical staff to ensure accurate diagnosis and exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities also include maintaining ultrasound equipment, documenting results, and following protocols to ensure safety and efficacy during procedures.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Cardiology and Non-invasive Cardiology procedures
- Certification or registration with CMRITO
- Robust foundation in Medicine related to cardiac imaging and diagnosis
- Ability to provide patient-centered care and excellent communication skills
- Prior experience as a Cardiac Sonographer is a strong advantage
- Attention to detail and the ability to follow established procedures and protocols
