Duties

- Greet customers warmly and assist with their shopping needs, including product inquiries and recommendations.
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process cash, credit, and digital payments while handling cash responsibly.
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customers and highlight promotional items.
- Provide clear communication about store policies, promotions, and product features in multiple languages if applicable.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure quick checkout processes without sacrificing quality service.
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.





Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential.
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail merchandising is advantageous.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and problem-solving.
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and lifting merchandise as needed.
