- Physical Capability: Comfortable standing for long periods and moving quickly in a high energy environment. Must be able to support the team by providing your share of 'Carry-outs' to customers. ie. Bird seed, Water softener salt, cement (Max 60lbs)
- Growth Mindset: Eager to acquire new skills and adapt to changing daily tasks.
