Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and customer-focused Cashier/Customer Service Associate to join our energetic team. Responsibilities

- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their purchases, inquiries, and product information
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions, including cash handling, card payments, and digital payments
- Provide product demos and upsell relevant items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales
- Maintain organized merchandising displays to ensure products are attractive and accessible
- Offer excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive shopping experience
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to serve multiple customers efficiently
- Uphold phone etiquette standards when communicating with customers over the phone or via digital channels

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering,



or customer service is preferred but not mandatory; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow their skills
- Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer bases
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and balancing registers at shift end
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising principles
- Ability to demonstrate products through engaging demos and technical sales experience is advantageous
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining store presentation and records
- Strong interpersonal skills including phone etiquette, active listening, and effective communication
- Ability to manage time efficiently during peak hours while maintaining a positive attitude
