Role Overview

Collective Waste Solutions is hiring experienced Class 3 Roll-Off Driver to support our Calgary operations. This role is responsible for the safe operation of roll-off equipment and the transport of waste from customer sites to approved disposal facilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate Class 3 roll-off trucks and related equipment
- Load, transport, and unload waste materials at designated locations
- Complete daily inspections, logs, and required paperwork accurately
- Identify and report equipment maintenance or repair needs
- Follow all safety procedures with a strong focus on zero incidents
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and operations staff
- Deliver professional service to maintain high client satisfaction

Qualifications & Skills

- Valid Class 3 driver’s license with Air Brake (Q) endorsement
- Minimum 2 years of commercial driving experience
- Roll-off or waste collection experience considered an asset
- Solid safety awareness and hazard recognition
- Basic computer skills for logs and reporting




- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with truck equipment
- Reliable, organized, and able to manage time independently
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
- Flexible to occasional extended shifts as required

Additional Information

- Pre-access drug & alcohol testing required
- Background check required for successful candidates

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 50.0 per week

- Calgary, AB T2C 4T3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:
- commercial truck driving: 2 years (required)
- waste collection: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:
- Class 3Q Licence (required)
