The Orchid Massage & Wellness Centre is seeking a Client Services Manager to join our team.

About this Position

- $21.00 per hour
- Part Time (2-4 Days Per Week) 10-16 hours per week.
- Other shifts as needed to cover vacations, time off etc.

Responsibilities of this Role

- Provide full administrative support for the Clinic.
- Greeting clients, taking payments,



booking & managing appointments.
- Submit Insurance claims through online systems.
- Manage client forms.
- Answering phone calls & emails.
- Maintaining cleanliness on the facility. - Sweeping, dusting, changing waste bins, wiping surfaces, etc.
- Linen management - Receive linen delivery and place onto shelves.

Qualifications

- Administrative experience and proficient with computer.
- Experience using a booking system and/or electronic medical records system would be an asset.
- Must be able to present and interact with clients and staff in a professional manner.
- Able to pass a Criminal Background Check.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent Pay: $21.00 per hour
