Healing Waves Counselling is a private practice and we are looking for someone to join our team specializes in ADHD/Neurodiversity. We work from a “therapist-first” model where the counsellors have flexible scheduling and check-ins to ensure their own mental health is put first.
We are looking for a dedicated person with:
- Master’s Degree in Clinical or Counselling Psychology
- Has 2+ years of experience as an RCC
- Qualified College membership or registration with a mental health association: BCACC
- Somatic attachment psychotherapy knowledge or education
- ADHD knowledge
- Available on evenings (3-8)
Candidate must have:
- Extensive ADHD knowledge
- Have over 1 year experience as an RCC (the time as an intern does not count)
- Somatic training
