Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective businesses and introduce Acumen Agency's services.
- Identify client needs, qualify prospects, and generate sales leads.
- Book appointments with potential clients for further discussions.
- Handle initial objections professionally and follow up with interested prospects.
- Research potential clients and maintain accurate records in CRM and tracking systems.
- Meet calling targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Confidence speaking with current people and business professionals.
- Self-motivated, persistent, organized, and goal-oriented.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling rejection.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with online tools.
- Previous sales, cold calling, customer service, or lead generation experience is an advantage, but not required.
