With operational hubs spanning across Canada, we are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven Collection Agency Supervisor to lead and inspire our evening shift team in Markham, Ontario.Position Overview & Schedule FlexibilityWe are looking for a supervisor to lead our Part-Time Evening Shift.

The core hours for this shift are Tuesday to Friday from 5:00 PM to 8:30 PM, plus up to 8 hours on Saturdays.We offer unique flexibility for this role depending on your career goals:

- Part-Time Option: Work only the designated core evening and Saturday hours.
- Full-Time Option: Start your shifts earlier in the day to complete a standard 40-hour work week.

Note: As a national organization with established branches in Kelowna, BC and Montreal, QC*, this position may offer exciting future opportunities for occasional travel to collaborate with and work from our other Canadian offices.*Key Responsibilities

- Team Leadership & Coaching: Manage and direct daily evening operations for a team of part-time collection agents. Provide live call coaching and skip-tracing guidance.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor core evening team KPIs, liquidation rates, and promise-to-pay tracking to maximize portfolio performance.
- Compliance Management: Ensure all agent communications strictly align with the and client policies.
- Escalation & Conflict Resolution: Directly handle complex consumer inquiries,



negotiate high-value settlements, and support agents through challenging late-day negotiations.

Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in first-party or third-party collections, including at least 1–2 years in a leadership, team lead, or supervisory capacity.
- Schedule Availability: Must be fully available to cover the core evening window (Tuesday–Friday, 5:00 PM–8:30 PM) and Saturdays.
- Software & Systems: Familiarity with modern collection platforms. Direct, hands-on experience using CUBS (Columbia Ultimate Business Systems) and/or DRS (Debt Recovery System) is highly ideal but not required.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Firm understanding of Canadian collection laws, consumer protection legislation, and privacy acts.
- Licensing & Background Check: Must have a clear criminal record and be able to obtain various provincial collection agency licenses.

- Competitive Compensation: $55,000 – $65,000 base salary (for full-time hours) with a lucrative monthly performance bonus program. Pro-rated base salary options are available for the part-time track.
