In this role, you will be responsible for delivering top-tier cleaning services across a variety of environments, ensuring every space is spotless, organized, and welcoming. Your energetic approach and robust organizational skills will help maintain high standards of hygiene and customer satisfaction, creating a healthier, more inviting atmosphere for clients and residents alike.

Responsibilities

- Perform routine residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface cleaning.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and other designated spaces.
- Perform deep cleaning and move-in/move-out cleaning when required.
- Clean and sanitize high-touch surfaces using appropriate products and procedures.
- Follow customer instructions and established cleaning checklists.
- Use cleaning equipment and chemicals safely.
- Maintain cleaning supplies and report shortages or damaged equipment.
- Respect customers' homes, belongings, privacy, and access instructions.
- Report any damage, safety concerns, or customer requests to the supervisor.




- Complete assigned jobs within the scheduled time while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow company procedures for attendance, communication, and job completion.
- As the business expands, perform cleaning duties in small offices and retail premises when assigned.

Experience

- Previous experience in residential or commercial cleaning is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
- Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting cleaning supplies.
- Willingness to learn professional cleaning methods and safety procedures.
- Reliable transportation within Calgary is preferred; specify whether travel between customer locations is required.
- Basic English communication skills sufficient to understand instructions and communicate with customers and supervisors.
