Responsibilities

- Perform thorough cleaning of commercial spaces, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas, following established protocols.
- Use appropriate cleaning equipment and supplies to ensure effective sanitation and maintenance of surfaces.
- Maintain cleanliness of floors through sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing as needed.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper to ensure continuous availability for staff and visitors.
- Follow safety procedures during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or damage.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly to supervisors for immediate resolution.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations,



including proper handling of cleaning chemicals and equipment.

Skills

- Proven custodial experience with a robust understanding of cleaning techniques and safety standards.
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery such as floor buffers, vacuums, and carpet cleaners efficiently.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices tailored to different types of facilities.
- Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated schedules.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and report issues accurately.
