Peoples Group is seeking a Commercial Mortgage Renewal Analyst to lead end-to-end renewal management for CMHC-insured lending and portfolio monitoring. The role blends underwriting, financial analysis, and solid client engagement to support a growing commercial mortgage book.

You will evaluate borrowers, guarantors, and properties, prepare renewal recommendations, and negotiate terms while coordinating with brokers and internal teams to ensure timely renewal execution and compliance.
