- Maintain strong client relationships, communicate project status, resolve operational concerns, and identify opportunities for additional commissioning services.
- Support proposals, estimating, scope development, change management, and commercial planning for commissioning engagements.
- Review project costs, labour utilization, forecasts, productivity, and performance against budgets.
- Ensure commissioning activities comply with THM procedures, client standards, applicable codes, regulatory requirements, and health and safety expectations.
- Participate in project meetings, readiness reviews, constructability discussions, field coordination activities, operational readiness reviews, and turnover planning.

- Travel occasionally to project sites across Canada to support field execution, team coordination, client engagement, and operational requirements.
- Improve commissioning processes, reporting tools, resource planning practices, and lessons-learned programs to strengthen service delivery.

- Strong understanding of systemization, commissioning sequencing, readiness reviews, functional testing, startup, operational handover, and turnover documentation.
- Strong operations background, preferably supported by a Second-Class or Third-Class Power Engineer certification.
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate technical personnel, manage competing priorities, and resolve execution challenges.
- Working knowledge of project scheduling, resource forecasting, cost control, productivity tracking, and performance reporting.
- Strong communication and client relationship skills, with a practical, accountable, and collaborative leadership approach.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; experience with commissioning management systems and scheduling tools is an asset.
