Become the heart of the community as a Community Manager with Old Oak. This role focuses on resident engagement, service excellence, and event coordination in a contract capacity. As a Community Manager, you will be the primary contact for residents, enhancing their living experience through prompt service and supportive communication.
You will solve resident issues, strengthen relationships, and organize community events like BBQs and holiday gatherings. Build robust relationships with residents for superior service Address resident inquiries and complaints effectively Organize and execute resident engagement events This is a 6-month contract position Passion for community-building and customer service Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively Familiarity with YARDI or similar property management software Utilize your skills to foster a welcoming community atmosphere that prioritizes resident satisfaction at Old Oak.
