Responsibilities

- Act as a dedicated attendant during confined space entries, monitoring conditions and ensuring safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Lead rescue operations in the event of an emergency within confined spaces, demonstrating strong leadership and decisive action.
- Conduct thorough hazard assessments and risk evaluations prior to entry to identify potential dangers.
- Maintain clear communication with entry teams, emergency responders, and management throughout all operations.
- Ensure all rescue equipment is inspected, maintained, and ready for immediate deployment at all times.
- Document all activities meticulously, including entry permits, incident reports, and safety checks.




- Provide training and guidance to team members on confined space procedures, emergency response techniques, and safety best practices.

Qualifications

- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly and effectively.
- Experience in emergency management or rescue operations, preferably within industrial or construction environments.
- Strong understanding of confined space regulations and safety standards.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with teams and emergency services.
- Physical fitness to perform rescue activities and operate specialized equipment.
- Certifications such as Confined Space Attendant/Rescue Certification or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in challenging environments.
