Duties

- Assist skilled tradespeople with tasks such as forming and concrete finishing to ensure smooth workflow on-site
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up scaffolding, and organizing materials for efficient access
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely under supervision to support various construction activities
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and schematics to understand project requirements and assist accordingly
- Mix and pour concrete, install duraform panels, and perform masonry work as directed by supervisors
- Help with carpentry tasks like building windows and installation, framing, or restoration projects, ensuring precision and quality

Requirements





- Prior construction experience or familiarity with building sites is preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential
- Ability to read basic blueprints, schematics, or construction drawings is a plus
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment enhances your effectiveness on-site
- Knowledge of construction safety protocols and proper tool handling is highly valued
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods
- Basic understanding of construction disciplines such as drywall installation, caulking, electrical work, plumbing, masonry or tile laying is advantageous
- Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adhere to safety guidelines at all times
