The successful candidate should have experience as a corporate/commercial or tax Paralegal; however extensive on-the-job training will be available. Salary will be based upon experience

Salary: $55,000 - $65,000 per year. Depending on qualifications

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent A full benefits package is available after a 3-month probationary period.

Responsibilities:

- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

- Gather and summarize information
- Opening, updating, maintaining scanning and closing files
- Prepare legal transaction documents, including commercial and corporate agreements
- Prepare correspondence, memos and invoices to clients, under the guidance of the lawyer or senior legal staff
- Maintain and update corporate records
- Coordinate meetings and conference calls

Experience:

- Previous experience in a legal setting (Min. 3 years)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills




- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Familiarity with legal software is preferred (Soluno)
