CPAP Clinician About the Opportunity

MRC Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented CPAP Clinician to join our Markham team. We provide CPAP equipment, patient education, and ongoing support to help individuals successfully manage sleep apnea.

We are looking for a candidate who can communicate effectively in English and Cantonese and/or Mandarin to support our patient community.

This role combines direct patient care, equipment setup, therapy follow-up, and clinic administration. Previous healthcare experience is required; experience with CPAP therapy or sleep medicine is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide individualized patient education on CPAP therapy, including equipment operation, mask fit, cleaning, and maintenance.
- Complete equipment setups in accordance with prescriptions, established protocols, and the employee’s scope of practice.
- Assess mask fit and comfort, troubleshoot common equipment concerns, and help patients overcome barriers to consistent therapy use.
- Conduct patient follow-ups, review therapy data, and communicate concerns to the appropriate healthcare professional.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential patient documentation.
- Collaborate with referring physicians, sleep clinics, and colleagues to support coordinated patient care.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, equipment orders, inventory, and daily clinic operations.




- Uphold company standards for professionalism, infection prevention, and patient service.

Qualifications and Experience

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is required.
- Experience with CPAP therapy, respiratory equipment, or sleep medicine is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical information clearly and sensitively.
- A patient-centred approach, supported by empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Quickbooks, Salesforce, Excel, Google Suite and general computer applications.
- The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively both independently and within a team.
