Duties

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services to meet customer needs
- Assist customers with account management, order processing, and issue resolution
- Utilize data entry skills to update customer records and maintain database accuracy
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer satisfaction and company revenue
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions




- Analyze customer feedback and inquiries to identify trends and areas for service improvement
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent, high-quality customer service delivery

Qualifications

- Proven experience in customer service or related roles preferred
- Strong data entry, analysis skills, and attention to detail
- Multilingual abilities; fluency in English and Spanish required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in sales or upselling techniques is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates will be prioritized
- Demonstrated phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team
