Duties

- Prepare and cook a wide range of menu items with precision and creativity, adhering to established recipes and standards

- Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, marinating, portioning, and plating dishes efficiently
- Support the food service team by serving dishes promptly and courteously to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace, including equipment sanitation and stock rotation
- Follow all health and safety regulations related to food industry standards to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests




- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service hours

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant or food service setting
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling techniques
- Excellent skills in serving guests with professionalism and positive attitude
