Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Custom Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. In this role, you will take projects from raw blueprints or idea's to finished high quality products. You will work with a variety of metals-including aluminum, stainless steel, mild and QT steel. Shop equipment includes a power brake, power shear, power rolls, plasma and waterjet tables.

Duties

- Operation of plasma and waterjet table. Operation of power brake, power shear, and all other equipment in shop.
- Read and interpret technical blueprints, sketches, and engineering drawings to guide fabrication processes.
- Operate forklifts safely for material handling and positioning of heavy sheet metal parts
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace by adhering to safety guidelines and best practices in manufacturing

Experience





- Must be a journeyman/women with Custom Sheet metal experience.
- Strong problem solving and layout skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Taking orders from customers, meeting time-lines for customers orders.
