This is a work from home position - with some errands and client visits. You must be located in the Okanagan. We are looking to add a rock star to our team. Your role will be the centerpoint of all customer communication and a sales assistant to the field team. You will be running the office & sales. Training provided for the right candidate. We are a rapidly growing HVAC company in the Okanagan

- You have had or been promoted to leadership rolls in the past
- You have a long track record of customer facing rolls. You are EXCEPTIONAL at dealing with customers and enjoy it
- You are exceptional communicator - written, verbal etc
- You've worked in some environment where you have sold something - and excelled at doing so
- You've had at least one aspect of your life that you have been exceptional at. School, work, business etc

Although not required, some knowledge of the residential HVAC industry would be a bonus. Only resumes with cover letters discussing how you fit the criteria above will be reviewed.

Compensation is $25/ hr + commissions

Pay: $60,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
