Our Hamilton branch is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Customer Service Representative who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and keeping things running smoothly.

What you’ll be doing

- Supporting customers via phone, email, and in person with product enquiries, orders, and general assistance
- Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently
- Providing product knowledge and guidance to help customers choose the right roofing solutions
- Working closely with our sales, manufacturing, and dispatch teams to ensure seamless service
- Troubleshooting issues and following through to resolution
- Maintaining a positive, professional, and solutions-focused approach every day

What you’ll bring

- Previous customer service or sales support experience (construction or manufacturing industry experience is a bonus but not essential)
- Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help people
- Confidence using computer systems and learning new tools
- A proactive attitude with great attention to detail




- Ability to stay calm under pressure and juggle multiple tasks
- A team-first mindset and willingness to pitch in where needed
