Tron Sea Plastic Canada Inc, located in Windsor, Ontario, is looking for one (1) permanent full-time (30 hours per week) Database Manager (NOC 21223). The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

· Manage, Collect and document internal user requirements

· Manage and Design and develop database architecture for information systems projects

· Design, outsource, integrate, implement and test data models and database management systems

· Manage internal processes for data utilization and sharing, ensuring appropriate audience access

· Conduct research and evaluate professional service providers regarding the selection, application and implementation of database management tools

· Conduct internal business diagnostics using data analysis to identify areas of improvement and process optimization opportunities

· Utilize database management tools to analyze daily production data and perform datamining analysis

· Participate in the formulation of strategic plans, providing comprehensive data-

driven support for management decisions

· Manage, hire and train new hires

· Supervise other employees





· Manage recent database systems to be implemented and train current and new employees on processes

· Manage database systems and analyze data and perform data analysis

- Curate, digitize, and maintain operational documentation and maintenance schedules within a centralized knowledge base to ensure efficient data retrieval and information lifecycle management

· Champion the digital transformation within the organization, establishing a knowledge repository and enhancing the business acumen of all management levels · Collaborate with production managers and relevant stakeholders to implement targeted improvements.

Applicant must have at least 3 years of experience in data mining & analyzing with a focus on marketing and sales. Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree or the Credential Assessment. Applicant must speak, read and write in English. Proficiency in Chinese is an asset to be able to work with Chinese clientele. Successful candidate will be remunerated $53.00 per hour.
