Duties

- Lead and supervise the deli team, providing training, coaching, and development to enhance performance and ensure a cohesive work environment
- Oversee daily deli operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and cleanliness standards in compliance with health regulations
- Manage purchasing, pricing, and merchandising strategies to maximize sales and profitability while maintaining attractive product displays
- Implement marketing initiatives to promote deli products and increase customer engagement through effective communication skills and promotional activities
- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions,



inventory tracking, and reporting purposes
- Recruit qualified staff through effective interviewing techniques and manage scheduling to meet store needs efficiently

Experience

- Proven supervising experience within retail or food service environments, with a strong background in store management or sales management
- Demonstrated skills in merchandising, pricing strategies, and purchasing processes
- Experience in recruiting, training & development, and team management is essential for fostering a motivated workforce
- Excellent communication skills combined with time management abilities to handle multiple responsibilities seamlessly
