Office Manager — Multidisciplinary Clinic (Dental · Medical · Wellness · Aesthetics)

Westside is a multidisciplinary clinic led by a dentist and a family physician, with dental, sleep, aesthetic and wellness care under one roof. We’re growing. In the coming months we’ll expand into a larger space upstairs for our medical and wellness department. We’re looking for an experienced office manager to run the whole clinic with the owners, Dr. Zubaida Hussain and Dr. Sabah Jarullah, and to help build what comes next.

This role is for you if you’ve worked in healthcare long enough to know that the dental side is the hardest part to get right: the protocols, the sterilization standards, the training. You like building a team, you stay steady when the day goes sideways, and you’re looking for a place to grow with for the long term.

What you’ll do

- Run day-to-day operations across dental, medical, wellness and aesthetics, so the whole clinic works as one team
- Train the team and keep training them: onboarding, protocols, scripts and our patient-experience standards
- Own compliance: sterilization and infection prevention and control (CDSA standards on the dental side, CPSA on the medical side), privacy, logs and audits
- Build staff schedules, cover absences and support hiring
- Keep the schedules full and the systems running, including Curve Dental, Ava EMR, payments and billing (dental insurance and Alberta Health Care Insurance Plan claims)
- Manage inventory, ordering,



vendors and equipment maintenance within budget
- Report the numbers that matter to the owners every month
- Help plan and open the expanded medical and wellness space upstairs

What you bring

- A dental background. This is required, and dental assisting experience is ideal.
- Solid experience in multidisciplinary healthcare: dental alongside medical, wellness or aesthetic services
- At least 5 years in healthcare, including 2 or more years managing or leading a team
- A natural trainer: clear, patient and consistent
- Calm and decisive under pressure
- Loyalty. We want someone who sees this as a long-term home and will grow with us.
- Curve Dental strongly preferred; Ava or another medical EMR an asset
- Asset: experience opening or expanding a clinic

Schedule and pay

- Full-time, permanent
- start at $95,000 a year, based on experience
- Start: as soon as possible
