As a Dental Receptionist, you will be an integral part of our dental office, utilizing your core skills in dental office experience and front desk operations to ensure smooth administrative processes. Your premium skills in Cleardent, dental terminology, and receptionist duties will be essential in providing top-notch service to our patients. Proficiency in multi-line phone systems will enable you to handle incoming calls efficiently.

Responsibilities

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
- Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls and inquiries, utilizing knowledge of dental terminology.
- Maintain patient records accurately in electronic dental systems.
- Assist with insurance verification and billing processes.
- Collaborate with dental team to provide exceptional patient care.
- Fluency in Korean is a plus for effective communication with Korean-speaking patients.
