Survalent is seeking a Director, Software Development Effectiveness in Mississauga to drive secure SDLC, improve quality and delivery across the portfolio. You will lead security certification efforts (IEC 62443, SOC 2), shape processes, KPIs and collaboration with Product, Development Analysts and teams, while guiding AI tooling adoption and growth pathways.

This full time, hybrid role reports to the VP of Software Development and requires 10+ years of software development, with leadership
