Loblaw Companies Limited in Brampton is seeking a Director, Legal Counsel, Data & Privacy to shape enterprise privacy and data governance, oversee risk management, and drive compliance by design. Reporting to Enterprise Privacy Officer, you will partner with commercial teams, negotiate protections, advise on CASL and AI/data initiatives, and lead a growing privacy team.

This role offers exposure to complex regulatory matters within a leading Canadian retailer and invites creative privacy
