We are seeking an experienced and motivated Distribution Associate to join our fast-paced warehouse team! In this vital role, you will be responsible for efficiently managing the movement of goods within our distribution center, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Responsibilities

- Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately using warehouse management systems and order picker tools
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring proper handling of heavy or bulky items through heavy lifting techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by adhering to safety standards and best practices in shipping & receiving processes
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular stock counts and updating records in warehouse management systems
- Collaborate with supervisor and team members to meet daily operational goals and improve overall warehouse productivity

Requirements





- Proven experience in warehouse distribution or related logistics roles with knowledge of warehouse operations
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently in a quick-paced environment
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) for order picking and inventory control
- Prior experience with shipping & receiving procedures including load & unload activities
- Valid certification for forklift operation considered an asset
