The CREFL Daycare is looking to fill an Educator position with 35-40 hours per week, for a Staff leave replacement until April 2026, with potential to continue with the center afterwards.

Responsibilities of the educator include, but are not limited to:

· Ensuring the safety and well-being of children and staff in accordance with the CREFL Daycare Statutes

· Helping plan, organize and deliver programming in French

· Maintain good communication with parents

· Meeting the needs of children and families

· Keeping the room and toys clean

· Ability to work alone or in a team including positive communication with colleagues

Requirements and Qualifications

· Experience with children

· Knowledge in speaking French(preferred)





· Flexible working hours (Available Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30am-5:00pm)

· Energetic, motivated and reliable

· Certification in Early childhood Education, Level 1 minimum

· First aid training

· Criminal Record check and Alberta Child Welfare Intervention Check

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: $17.56-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35.0 – 40.0 per week
